Private material
Receipts attached to reviews are private and deleted within 90 days of upload. Moderators and administrators can review them. Conversations are visible to participants, moderators and administrators; staff access is recorded.
Conversation retention
Conversations are kept for 90 days after the latest message, completed session or appointment cancellation. A future confirmed appointment preserves the conversation. Administrators can move conversations to trash and restore them within 30 days, without extending the overall retention period.
Visit counts
Visits are counted only with your consent. Your choice and a random identifier are stored in your browser. Withdraw consent using “Privacy settings” in the footer.
