Where to find it
Visit-count settings are in the website footer under Privacy settings. A conversation’s retention date appears above its messages in the workspace.
Step by step
- For clients: a published review is visible to visitors, while its receipt is visible only to staff checking it. Messages are not published on the professional’s page.
- For artists and studios: check your phone, address, description and work before publishing. Once approved with paid placement, these details can be read by visitors without signing in.
- Keep important agreements and purchased sketches yourself. Conversations have a retention period; saving a favourite does not download the original file either.
- To allow or decline visit counts, select Privacy settings in the website footer. Choose Allow or No counting. This does not change appointments or messages.

- In an artist or studio browser workspace, opens the published professional profile to check what clients see. Clients have no professional profile of their own and do not need to look for this button.
- Privacy settings
- Lets you change whether website visits may be counted.
- Allow / Without counting
- Allow enables website visit counts; No counting disables them. Change your choice through Privacy settings in the website footer.
How to tell it worked
You understand which information is public and can control visit-count consent. Private documents are not part of a public portfolio.
Things to know
- Receipts are deleted within 90 days of upload. Conversations normally remain for 90 days after the latest message, completed session or cancellation; a future confirmed appointment protects its related conversation.
- Deleted portfolio work can be restored for 14 days. Administrator-deleted conversations have a separate restore window of up to 30 days, without extending their overall retention.
If something goes wrong
Why has an old conversation disappeared?
Its retention period may have expired, staff may have deleted it, or access may have changed. An old notification does not restore deleted messages. Obtain and keep important files separately.
