Write a review and attach a receipt

Step by step

1. Open the professional whose services you are reviewing. On the website select Write a review and sign in as a client if asked. In the app find Leave a review in the card.
2. Choose Rating from 1 to 5. Describe your experience in Your review in the browser or Your experience in the app.
3. Attach the session payment receipt. In the browser choose a file in Session payment receipt. In the app select Choose photo for a receipt image or Camera to photograph it. Use the browser workspace for a PDF.
4. Select Submit for review. Open Reviews in your account to check its state. If rejected, read the reason shown.

Rating / Your review / Your experience

Rating is a number from 1 to 5. Enter text in Your review in the browser or Your experience in the app. Describe a visit that happened, not expectations of a future session.

Session payment receipt

The browser accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 20 MB. In the app select an image with Choose photo or take one with Camera. Wait for File uploaded before submitting. Staff check the receipt; visitors cannot see it.

Submit for review

Submits the review and receipt for moderation. Publication follows approval.

Refresh reviews

Checks the current status, published text and creator’s reply.

Report this review

Opens a report about a particular review. It is not a normal edit action for your own text.

Things to know

• Do not upload another person’s receipt. The service does not collect session payments. Receipts are deleted within 90 days of upload.

If something goes wrong
