Where to find it

Select Sign in on the website. In the browser workspace, select your name at the bottom of the side menu, then Profile: Your account contains personal details and a photo. If the side menu is hidden, open it with the button at the top left. In the app, personal details and your photo are on the Account tab.

Step by step

  1. If you are new, select Sign up in the browser or Register in the app. Choose Client, Artist or Studio under I want to in the browser or Account type in the app.
  2. Enter your name and email. Choose a password of 8 to 128 characters; in the browser, repeat it in Confirm Password. Select Get confirmation code. Your account has not been created yet.
  3. Open the Tatooir email for email confirmation. Enter its six digits under Email code and select Confirm and create account. The code expires in 10 minutes and can be used once. After confirmation, your selected workspace opens; the welcome email explains the first steps for your role.
  4. On your next visit, use the same email and password, or select Sign in with email code. Enter an existing account’s email, select Get sign-in code, enter the emailed code and select Sign in. A registration confirmation code cannot be used for sign-in. If you came from a particular artist or work, continue the selected action after sign-in.
  5. To change your personal name in the browser, open Profile or Settings, edit Display name and select Save profile. In the app, edit Name under Personal details and select Save. The professional public profile has a separate name.
  6. For a photo in the browser, open Profile and the Profile photo section; in the app, open the Account tab. Select Upload photo or Replace photo. The browser accepts JPEG, PNG or HEIC up to 5 MB; in the app, choose a photo and allow access if asked.
  7. Wait for upload to finish and the new photo to appear. To remove it, select Remove and wait for confirmation: initials replace the photo. This does not delete the account or public professional profile.

Buttons and fields

Register / Login
In the app, switch between account creation and sign-in. The entered name, email and password remain, while the error message from the previous sign-in or registration attempt is cleared. Password sign-in requires only email and password; returning to registration checks the name again before submitting.
Sign up / Get confirmation code
Opens registration, then requests a code for the entered email. The account is created after a correct code is entered. Registering as an artist or studio does not publish a professional profile.
Email code / Confirm and create account
The six emailed digits confirm your address and complete registration. You can paste the whole code; keep any leading zero.
Sign in with email code / Get sign-in code / Sign in with password
Switch sign-in methods. Code sign-in is for an existing account and does not change its type or password. A request response does not confirm that the email belongs to an account.
Resend code / Change details
A resend request becomes available after 60 seconds. Use the new code after it is sent. Change details returns to the form: check the address and request a code for the corrected email. Wait while sending; keep the registration form open until the result.
Checks your email and password and opens your account.
Show password
Temporarily reveals what you entered. Hide it when other people are nearby.
Forgot your password? / Forgot password / Send reset instructions / Update password
In the browser, Forgot your password? opens account recovery. In the app’s login form, select Forgot password to open a browser page. Enter your account email, select Send reset instructions and follow the email link. Enter the new password twice and select Update password.
Profile / Settings
Opens your personal details and available settings. Account details and a professional’s public profile are separate.
Log out / Sign out
Ends the current account session. Save unfinished changes first.
Display name / Save profile
Sets the name used in conversations, from 2 to 80 characters. An empty field removes the name and may display your email instead. In the browser select Save profile; in the app select Save under Personal details. This does not rename a professional public profile.
Email
Shows your sign-in address in personal details. It cannot be edited in this field.
Change password
Opens email-based recovery from your account page. Request an email and follow its link; the password changes only after submitting the new-password form.
Upload photo / Replace photo / Remove
In the browser Profile page and the app’s Account tab, selects, replaces or removes your account photo. Wait while uploading or removing it. Choosing a file does not add work to the portfolio.
Try again
In the browser, after a photo read error, loads the current account photo again. Replacing and removing the photo remain unavailable during the check or an error; retrying a read does not upload a new file.
RU / EN
Changes the interface and help language. Creators’ descriptions are not translated automatically.

How to tell it worked

You enter the workspace for your account type. Registration alone does not book an appointment, make a purchase or publish a profile.

Things to know

  • In the recovery email, choose Set a new password (Задать новый пароль in the Russian email). The expiry is marked UTC. After a successful change, a separate notice arrives and previous sessions end. If you did not change it, open account recovery yourself and use Help; never share your codes.
  • If the browser prevents saving preferences, your chosen language may reset after reloading the page. This alone does not mean you have signed out.
  • An expired upload does not replace your current photo. If the upload did not finish in time, choose the file again and wait for the result.
  • If a recovery email does not arrive, check your email address and spam folder. If the service says email sending is unavailable, recovery cannot be completed now. Creating another professional profile will not restore access to the first.

If something goes wrong

The code has not arrived or no longer works.

The email may take a little time. Check the address and spam folder. For sign-in, use an existing account’s email. After 60 seconds you can select Resend code. After five incorrect attempts, request a new code; expired or previously used codes cannot be accepted either. Registration and sign-in emails serve different purposes. If email sending is unavailable, new registration cannot be confirmed now; existing accounts can select Sign in with password.

I cannot sign in or create an account.

Read the message below the form. If the email is already in use, sign in to the existing account or open recovery: Forgot your password? in the browser, or Forgot password on the app’s login form. The app opens a browser page. For incorrect sign-in details, check your email and password. If there have been too many attempts, wait before retrying. For a general error, check your connection and submit the same form again; an error message does not confirm sign-in or account creation.

My password reset link stopped working while I was filling in the form.

The link’s expiry is checked when saving the new password, even if the form is already open. Open Forgot your password?, request another email and use the new link. Your previous password and active sessions remain until the password change succeeds. A new email link opens a fresh form even in an existing tab: enter the password and its confirmation again.

Could not load your profile photo is shown.

This is a failure to read the current photo, not confirmation that it was removed. Check the connection and select Try again. Replacing or removing the photo becomes available after a successful read.

The photo change could not be confirmed.

Read the error under the photo. After an upload or removal error, the browser automatically rereads the current photo: the change may have completed before the connection was lost. Wait for the check and inspect the result first. If reading also fails, restore the connection and select Try again. If the intended photo is absent, check the file format and size, then choose it again with Upload photo or Replace photo. If the photo you removed remains, select Remove again. Do not delete the account to retry uploading.

Why am I asked to sign in as a client?

New bookings and new enquiries to another artist require a Client account. Sign in as a client explicitly signs you out and continues with a different account, keeping the selected artist and time. It does not send a request automatically.

How do I change my account type?

There is no self-service account-type switch. Changing type is different from signing in to another account. Account-type changes require the service administrator.
