An artist in a studio: invitations, access and leaving

What a studio may manage and what remains yours when you leave.

← All instructions in this section

Where to find it

Team & studio in your own Artist account. Your profile contains the invitation link.

Step by step

  1. Create your own Artist account and save a profile. In Profile in the browser or Public profile in the app, find Link for a studio invitation, copy it in full and share it with the studio.
  2. After being invited, open Team & studio in your own workspace and select Refresh team. Check the studio name and read the explanation of its access.
  3. If you agree select Accept invitation; otherwise select Decline. After acceptance the studio name appears in your profile.
  4. To leave the team, ask the studio to end the affiliation. Artists have no self-service leave button. Disputes require the service administrator.

Buttons and fields

Refresh team
Checks current invitations and studio affiliation.
Accept invitation
Lets the studio manage the profile, work, prices and availability and participate in new associated appointments and conversations.
Decline
Declines an invitation without affiliation. It does not delete your profile.
Link for a studio invitation
Helps a studio find your profile. Profile publication and invitation acceptance remain separate actions.

How to tell it worked

After acceptance the profile identifies the studio. After affiliation ends, the artist keeps the profile and work; the studio no longer sees new personal enquiries.

Things to know

  • Earlier personal enquiries are not retrospectively shared with a new studio. Existing studio-context appointments and conversations remain available to their participants through completion and applicable retention.

If something goes wrong

I cannot accept another studio’s invitation.

End the current studio affiliation first. The invitation may also have been revoked or the profile become unavailable. Refresh the team and read the current state.
