Where to find it
Notifications in your account. In the app it is also in the section selector.
Step by step
- Open the list and read the relevant notification to see what changed.
- Select Open to visit the appointment, content or other available section. Check its current status there.
- After reading it, separately choose Mark as read if needed.
Buttons and fields
- Open
- Opens the related section. It does not confirm an appointment or decide a reschedule proposal.
- Mark as read / Mark read
- Removes the unread marker. It does not confirm an appointment or change its time. In the browser: Mark as read; in the app: Mark read.
How to tell it worked
You opened the relevant item or marked a notification as read. These are separate actions: a read-marker failure should not block navigation.
Things to know
- A notification describes the event when it was created. The other participant may have changed the appointment since then; use its current card.
If something goes wrong
A notification opens unavailable content.
The content may have been hidden, deleted or become unavailable to your account. Return to the relevant list and refresh; a notification grants no additional access.
