Set available times for appointments

Add working hours and remove times when you no longer accept bookings.

Where to find it

Browser: Appointments → Add availability. App: Appointments → Availability. For a studio artist, first open Team & studio, select their name, then Bookings & schedule.

Step by step

  1. Save your profile first. Open Appointments and find the availability form.
  2. Fill in the date and time in Starts and Ends. This is a period when you can accept clients, for example 12:00 to 18:00. The end must follow the start; one period cannot exceed 12 hours.
  3. In the browser select Save; in the app select Add time. Check the added time in the list. Dates and times use your device’s time zone.
  4. To remove a period, select Refresh slots, then Remove on the relevant row. If an appointment or rescheduling proposal reserves it, agree on a change with the client first.

Buttons and fields

Starts / Ends
Set the working window’s boundaries. Check the date as well as the time.
Save / Add time
Save in the browser or Add time in the app adds the working period. This does not create a client appointment.
Refresh slots
Reloads your working-hours list. Wait for it to finish; after a failure retry the load first.
Remove
Removes a free period from the list. Normal removal is unavailable if an appointment or rescheduling proposal reserves it; resolve that appointment first.

How to tell it worked

Your list shows the working periods you added. Clients are offered only free portions; time occupied by appointments or an external calendar is excluded.

Things to know

  • Public selection leaves at least 15 minutes before the start. For a window already in progress, the available start is rounded forward to the next quarter-hour. An external-calendar failure can temporarily block new bookings.

If something goes wrong

I see my window but clients do not.

Check whether your profile is visible to clients. An appointment, rescheduling proposal or external event may occupy part of the period. If a connected calendar shows an error, restore the connection first. A listed working period is not necessarily entirely free for clients.
