Where to find it
Sketches in the browser; in the app, create a sketch in Portfolio and manage its enquiries in Sketch requests.
Step by step
- In the browser open Sketches and Add work. In the app open Portfolio and use Tattoo · switch to sketch. Fill in the title and description and choose an image.
- Under Sketch rights choose the mode. One exclusive sale in the browser or Exclusive only in the app means one sale without copies. Copies and exclusive rights allows both options; Copies only allows repeated copies. Set the prices and save the sketch.
- Find buyer requests in Sketches in the browser or Sketch requests in the app. Read the rights and message and agree on terms. Enter Agreed price and select Accept request in the browser or Accept in the app. Payment and file delivery are direct.
- After the buyer selects I have paid, verify actual receipt of money. Select Confirm sale in the browser or Confirm payment in the app. If money has not arrived use Payment not received in the browser or Raise dispute in the app. You have 72 hours from the buyer’s declaration.

- Sketch rights
- Determine the available purchase options. Copies only does not offer exclusive rights.
- Copy price, ₽ / Exclusive rights, ₽
- Set prices for options allowed by the mode. An agreed enquiry retains its price; later card edits do not rewrite that agreement.
- Agreed price, ₽ / Accept request / Decline
- Accept or decline an enquiry. Accepting does not prove payment was received.
- Confirm sale / Confirm payment
- Confirms a completed sale after checking money and terms. It does not automatically deliver the original.
- Payment not received / Raise dispute
- Reports a disagreement after the buyer’s declaration. A moderator reviews it.
- Active / Completed / Refresh requests
- Let you find current and closed agreements and check action results.
How to tell it worked
An exclusive sale ends further sales. After a copy sale, the card may remain available if no other restrictions apply.
Things to know
- The public image has a Tatooir watermark. Send the original file to the buyer yourself using the agreed method. If the sale is not confirmed within 72 hours after I have paid, the card is hidden. This neither refunds money nor proves the buyer did not pay.
- During an accepted exclusive-rights enquiry the same sketch cannot be sold to another buyer. Earlier copy sales and agreement history remain.
If something goes wrong
The buyer marked payment but no money arrived.
Check the agreed payment details and actual receipt, then choose Payment not received, or Raise dispute in the app. Do not confirm a sale solely from the buyer’s declaration. Keep information for the dispute review.
